Smarterise gained its first industrial client, saving up to 250,000 USD and 27% reduction in CO2 by implementing the basic monitoring service.
With a Microfinance Bank being our first commercial client, Smarterise saved 23% on energy costs by implementing our energy savings roadmap service.
Smarterise gained its first subscription service to monitor energy across multiple sites. Later in the year, we were privileged to work with GIZ under a contract for solar studies.
Smarterise collected its first 100,000,000 data points, with more than 2000T of CO2 saved. We eventually went on to integrate downstream services to our core energy analytics platform, and it was a success.
Smarterise emerged winner of SIBC, Social Impact Challenge organised by the AFD and Emerging Valley. In addition, our research on Power System Sizing was published in major energy research journals in June.
